LIVE WEBINAR 18 Nov 2026, 10am GMT+11

This isn't business as usual for compliance season. New legislation is bringing more client enquiries, more requests for advice and more extra work from annual accounts, and most of it sits outside your existing engagements.

Without a clear process, that work quietly turns into scope creep, unsigned engagements and fees you never bill.

Join Rebecca Mihalic and Jason Robinson for a practical session on turning new work into paid work, with every job scoped, signed and paid for upfront.

What you'll learn:

  • How to track every enquiry and turn it into a scoped, priced proposal
  • How to package and price new and one-off services using a service library
  • How to spot the extras from annual accounts, like corrections, extra meetings and follow-ups, and bill for them
  • How to get proposals signed and paid before work starts
