How do referrals work?

Share your link

Share your personal referral link with another business or via ‘Refer and Earn’ within Ignition (for existing Ignition customers).

Referral sign-up

When a business signs up using your link and purchases a plan, you qualify for the following rewards*:

Core plan: $100 USD

Pro or Pro+ plan: $300 USD
Plus, the referred business receives 50% off Pro or Pro+ for 3 months
Enterprise plan: 10% on first-year Ignition subscription

* Solo plans are not eligible for referral rewards.

Your unique referral link takes your referrals to an offer page where they can learn more Ignition and start a trial. Once they become a customer, you’re eligible for a cash reward based on the plan they choose. Referral rewards are only valid for new paid subscriptions.

Your link is unique to you. So everytime some clicks on it and arrives to our website, we know that you sent that person to us. When they sign up or start a trial, our platform takes a note that you are the referrer for that person so that when they become a customer, we know to send you a reward.

Talk to fellow accountants, bookkeepers or professional services clients, share videos, write blog posts about Ignition, share on social media, link it on your website, or add it to your email signature. Get the word out however you choose! The easiest way to get started is within the Ignition app via our Refer a Friend button.

Any professional services firm that’s new to Ignition and purchases a subscription is eligible for the referral offer. Each referral will be qualified by an Ignition rep.

PartnerStack is the platform we use to host our referral program, resources, and monthly challenges.

Upon joining the referral program, you’ll receive an email prompt direct from from Partnerstack to verify your partnership with Ignition. Once verified, you will be able to keep track of all your referrals, cash out rewards and keep track of your referral performance.

Once your referral has become a paying customer on a Pro or Pro+ plan and has been verified by the Ignition team, your referral reward will be credited to your PartnerStack account.

As per our T&Cs, there is no reward associated with Solo plan referrals.
