Benefits of being an Ignitioneer

Ignition offers you 3 options for hybrid working in all of the locations in which we operate. These are:

- Home based

- Office based (if there’s an office in your city)

- A flex between the two.

When you join us, you can choose an Ignition-approved work location that suits you best. Currently, our offices are in Sydney, Toronto, London, Kelowna (in British Columbia) and Brisbane. If we don’t have an office in your city, we’ll offer you a pass to a shared workspace. So even if you do your best work in an office, you’ll still have that option.

Working from home

Ignition supports your health, fitness and overall wellness, because we know the importance of those in your day-to-day operations. Not only do we offer you a quarterly wellbeing allowance, but also:

Once you’ve submitted your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your resume to determine if you’ve got the skills and experience we’re looking for. If you do, you’ll move on to the next stage.
You’ll receive an email from our Talent Acquisition Team to set up time for a chat. We want to learn more about you, your experience and your goals. In turn, we’ll share some insights about the role, our culture and the interview process. And you’ll be able to ask us questions. It’s important to see if Ignition is a good fit for you.
This is your chance to meet some of your future team members, explore how you might tackle tasks related to your role, and discuss your preferred working style. It’s all about how we could work successfully together. You’ll discover that we celebrate diverse thoughts and experiences, and believe we’re smarter together. Sound like your jam? Great.
