The first step is to migrate or import your clients into Ignition to supercharge your business efficiency and profitability. 

While you can always migrate clients one by one, below are some shortcuts to use to migrate your clients to Ignition more efficiently:

1. Import all your clients in bulk

 

This is a great opportunity to clean up and organize your client list. 

A clean client list ensures that your client list is as up to date as possible and should contain clients that you are currently working with or new clients that you will be working with in the future.

2. Create & send proposals in bulk

We suggest using custom proposal templates in order to create and send proposals more efficiently.

Custom proposal templates are a fantastic way to:

  • Get high-quality proposals sent out faster

  • Standardize client engagements by creating templates you and your team can use

  • Simplify your proposals by including your most popular services

Please follow these instructions to create your own custom proposal templates.

Once you've created a template, you can bulk select the clients you'd like to create a proposal for using this template. Each proposal will be created as a draft that can be customized further if required. 

From there, you can send the proposals to your clients in bulk.

Ignition payments helps you to get paid without having to lift a finger. By collecting payment details upfront when your client signs your proposal, you can automate invoicing and fee collection as soon as they’ve signed.
