Our videographers may use pricey equipment and cutting-edge technology, but in our hearts, we are really storytellers who love to use our creativity to bring a great idea to life. With many years of experience in the field, we are ready to tackle any challenge that presents itself, and we pride ourselves on our ability to develop innovative solutions to difficult problems.
We have the following high-quality equipment on hand to meet your videography needs:
- Canon cameras and accessories
- GoPro Hero3 with Accessories
- Lighting equipment
- Stabilizers and Tripods
- Dolly with 12-foot track
- Panasonic Monitors in various sizes
- Wireless and wired microphones, boom pole with shock mount
Should your project require equipment that we do not have in our studio, we also have arrangements with the top rental companies in the area and can obtain virtually any technology that might prove necessary. We can also have connections with actors, animators, graphic designers, and a host of other professionals with whom we can collaborate to surpass your expectations for your video project.
The fee for our videography services is based on a daily flat rate of $XXXX. The rate quoted above is the total rate for the number of days we estimate to be necessary for shooting.
Video Editing
The post-production phase is no less important than planning or shooting the video. In fact, videography is only the beginning of the process. Editing is needed to enhance and professionalize the look, sound, and feel of your footage.
We edit in high definition and encode videos to meet web standards to ensure that the final product will be clean, beautiful and ready to dazzle your audience. Our preferred software packages are Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Final Cut Pro Studio software, though we are also familiar with other software and can utilize them, should the need arise. We can edit your footage in our location, or at yours, depending on your preference.
It is crucial that your final product be available in the appropriate format for your designated communication channels. We can provide your video in formats such as the Moving Picture Experts Group format (.mpeg, .mpg, .mp4), QuickTime (.mov), Audio Video Interleave (.avi), and Windows Media Video[1] (.wmv). Whatever format you choose, you are sure to have a beautiful final product that resonates with viewers.
Video Consulting and Production Management
Our video consulting and production management team helps businesses use digital media and the newest technologies to get the most out of their advertising and marketing efforts. Our creative consultants build on your ideas for your video’s content and appearance and offer our own suggestions based on years of experience in the field.
We follow these steps to bring your video from just an idea to full production:
- Determine the budget
- Develop the concept
- Write the script
- Conduct pre-production planning, including finding a location, obtaining any necessary permits, and preparing resources
- Shoot the video (see section on videography for details)
- Edit the video (see section on video editing for details)
- Code the video for use on all types of devices
- Deliver the final production on Vimeo, YouTube, Facebook, or directly to you
- Promote the video through the channels that will best accomplish your unique goals
It is our goal to find the best way to reach and share your message with your audience. That is why our services don’t stop at final production. We are also available to help you promote your video on social media, your website, or through more traditional channels to be sure that your communications objectives are met.

This letter serves to confirm the mutual understanding of the terms of this engagement. It also describes the consulting services that we will provide and the associated limitations.
Purpose, Scope, and Deliverables
We will provide video production consulting services, including video consulting, production management, videography, and video editing.
Project Period of Performance
The project will begin on (insert date) and end on (insert date). Work will not take place outside of these dates unless agreed by both parties via a written contract.
Accountability
Any information acquired from the client will be kept confidential. We will not disclose any information to other parties except as required by law or with the client’s written consent.
Fees
The fees charged are based on mutually accepted rates upon acceptance and on a monthly basis. This fee arrangement will only be subject to change under the following circumstances (list circumstances which may change the costs of providing the services).
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited by a Professional Standards Legislation-approved scheme.
Deliverable Ownership
All original documents obtained from the client shall remain property of the client. However, we reserve the right to retain a reasonable number of copies of the originals for our records.
Any hard copy or electronic deliverables produced under this contract will be provided to the client but remain the property of the consulting firm.
Terms of Service
- Final payment for the project is required within 30 days of project completion. For any late payments, client may be charged 10% additional on unpaid amounts until paid, compounded monthly.
- Any changes or variations from the completed project or the script that result in additional costs to the consultant, including person hours, will require an additional cost to the client.
- All completed media supplied by the consultant shall be of applicable production standard.
- When a scheduled media/film shooting is prevented from occurring due to circumstances beyond the control of the production company, a contingency day will be called. The following are reasons for a contingency day: [fill in with acceptable reasons]
Contract Termination
Termination of this contract requires notification at least 30 days prior to termination. No refunds will be issued for payment that has already been made.
Confirmation of Terms of Service
Upon agreement with the terms, please sign and return this letter to indicate your understanding of the arrangements. Contract effectiveness is from the date of signing unless any change is formally communicated in writing between the two parties.
