Instant bill: Quickly bill for out-of-scope work

Clients requesting services that are out of scope? We've got your back. With Instant Bill, you can now easily bill your clients for ad hoc or out-of-scope work without having to draft a new proposal. This means no more unbilled work and a healthier bottom line. It's all about making sure you're maximizing revenue, and not giving work away for free. 

Invoice import: Save time moving client billings from Xero or QuickBooks Online to Ignition

Forget wasting time manually moving existing client billings over to Ignition. You can now instantly convert recurring invoices from Xero or QuickBooks Online into draft proposals. Set and forget billing and payments for recurring services and consolidate all your invoices in one place. It's another way we're making your processes more efficient so you can focus on what you do best.

Bulk proposals: Create and send 10, 100 or 1000 proposals in a few clicks

Let's face it, whether you have 10 clients or 1000, drafting individual proposals can be a time-consuming hassle. That's why we're excited to introduce Bulk Proposals. In just a few clicks, you can engage multiple clients at once using a single proposal template. It’ll save you loads of time during your busiest season. What’s not to love about that?

Surcharges: Recover costs by passing on card processing fees

Last but definitely not least, we're rolling out payment surcharges, currently in beta for our US and Australian customers. This feature gives you the option to pass on card processing fees to your clients, giving you more flexibility and control over your payments experience.
