Ignition allows for flexible customization with client email notifications. Invoices and payment receipts can be sent to your client or directly to their receipt management software such as Dext or Hubdoc.

Add your client’s unique receipt management sofware's email address as a recipient under their client file in Ignition.

Once it's been added, you can customize what recipients receive what types of emails.

For example:

  • Payment receipts = Sent to Hubdoc
  • Invoices = Sent to the client directly

Simply navigate to a client record → Edit client → Add the required email in the Contacts section → Select the additional emails in the Recipient tab.
