Originally hailing from New Zealand, Francesca has spent the bulk of her professional life as a People & Culture professional in London, making an impact across multiple industries including technology, media and publishing, medical device, talent management, and social housing.

Having relocated to Sydney with her family, Francesca now enjoys the best of coastal living, including excellent cuisine, and more often than not, great weather.
