Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Design at Ignition, the world's first client engagement and commerce platform, Dan is responsible for setting the design vision and strategy for the company's products and services.

Prior to joining Ignition, Dan led the design team at Culture Amp, a leading employee feedback and analytics platform, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity and user experience. He also served as the Head of Design at Domain, an Australian-based real estate technology company, where he led the redesign of the company's website and mobile apps, resulting in a significant increase in user engagement and revenue.
