Peter has over 20 years of experience in practice in the UK. After selling his partnership interest and migrating to Australia, in 2008 he obtained his CAANZ accreditation to then work for 10 years in various senior roles within accounting firms. These roles enabled Peter gain heavy exposure to Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
Peter joined Ignition in 2019, with the goal to help other Accountants and Bookkeepers discover the huge benefits of using his favourite cloud app—Ignition.
He is an advocate of cloud accounting, and he is passionate about small business success and the adoption of new and emerging technologies.

Georgia is the Senior Customer Success Manager at Ignition, she's passionate about helping accounting & bookkeeping firms streamline their processes, particularly when it comes to getting paid!
Georgia's been supporting accountants & bookkeepers for 4 years, spending time at Receipt Bank prior to joining Ignition.

Guy Pearson is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Ignition, the leading revenue-generation platform for accounting and professional services businesses. Born and raised in Australia, Guy graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting), becoming a Chartered Accountant shortly after.
Before co-founding Ignition in 2013, Guy started a progressive accounting firm, Scendar (previously Interactive Accounting). He realized that there was a significant gap in the market for a platform that could help businesses better engage with their clients and streamline their operations.
With this in mind, Guy and his co-founder, Dane Thomas set out to create Ignition, a platform that automates and optimizes proposals, billing, payments, and workflows in one place.
Guy remains committed to his roots and giving back to the community. He is actively involved in various charitable organizations and initiatives and is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, also investing in the industry that backed Ignition in the early days and paying it forward.
When Guy is not doing the above, you'll find him at a brewery/winery, near a body of water, or with family and friends having a good time.
