Brendan is senior account manager at Ignition. He has worked with client portfolios in account management roles for 14 years and has developed strategies to help deliver the best value to his customers. He enjoys building rapport through delivering best practice techniques to help scale businesses that he works with. In recent years, Brendan has sharpened his skills in the accounting and professional services ecosystem with a particular focus on improving business to client relationships. He now heads up a team of seven account managers whose primary focus is partnering with professionals globally to help build successful client management processes.

Dane Thomas, Co-Founder of Ignition, is highly regarded in the technology industry. With over a decade of experience in building and globally scaling Australian SaaS products, Dane was Ignition's Chief Product Officer for 12 years and has made significant contributions to the sector. 

Following a master's degree in animation from the University of Technology Sydney, Dane began his career in freelance web design and development, eventually transitioning to a user experience designer at Deputy, a then lesser-known cloud-based workforce management and scheduling platform. As employee number five, Dane worked in Sydney with Deputy for six years, and the platform is now widely used in over 100 countries across a broad range of industries.

Dane's work in his role at Deputy was pivotal to his eventually Co-Founding of Ignition with Founder and CEO, Guy Pearson, where he continues to leverage his expertise to drive innovation and ensure the delivery of superior client engagement and commerce solutions.
