Tammy Hahn is the Senior Vice President of Product at Ignition, bringing over 20 years of product development and leadership experience. She is widely recognized as a visionary product leader with a track record of driving innovation and scaling SaaS businesses through pivotal growth milestones.
Tammy is responsible for Ignition's global product roadmap and delivery, and leading and scaling the product organization, including product management and design.
Before joining Ignition, Tammy was SVP of Product at Skilljar, where she played a key role in positioning the company for its strategic acquisition by Gainsight. Under her leadership, Skilljar evolved into a market-leading customer education platform.
One of Tammy’s most notable achievements was leading the Product organization at Cornerstone OnDemand through its IPO (NASDAQ: CSOD) and scaling the business to nearly $1B in annual recurring revenue. Her work earned her multiple awards for product innovation, highlighting her consistent ability to deliver transformative results.
