Conduct Research

We will begin by gathering information to better understand your firm, its products and services, the section of the market in which you operate, and your industry. We will look at how the market is segmented, which areas provide the best targets, and what industries and economic trends are emerging. We will investigate interest in new products and service lines and review your competition’s pricing and service offerings.

In addition to traditional social science research methods, we will use the following techniques to conduct this research:

Develop Marketing Plan

This letter serves to confirm our understanding of the terms of our engagement. It also describes the consulting services that we will provide and any limitations thereof

Purpose, Scope, and Deliverables

We will provide marketing consulting services, including conducting research, developing a marketing plan, and implementing the marketing strategy.

Project Period of Performance

The start date is {{ proposal.commencement_date }} and the completion of the project will take place on {{ proposal.end_date }}. Work will only take place outside of these dates if agreed upon by both parties in an additional written contract.


Any information that we acquire from the client will be kept confidential. We will not disclose any information to other parties except as required by law or with the client’s written consent.


The fees charged are based on mutually accepted rates upon acceptance. This fee arrangement will only be subject to change under the following circumstances (list circumstances which may change the costs of providing the services).

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited by a Professional Standards Legislation-approved scheme.

Deliverable Ownership

All original documents obtained from the client shall remain property of the client. However, we reserve the right to retain a reasonable number of copies of the originals for our records.

Any hard copy or electronic deliverables produced under this contract will be provided to the client but remain the property of the consulting firm.

Terms of Service

  • Any and all documents and information exchanged during the course of this contract will be considered and treated as confidential.
  • All communications with respect to the provisions of this agreement shall be done in writing.
  • The consulting firm is as an independent contractor, and all employees of our firm will remain as such throughout the contract.
  • The contractor shall have no authority to act as an agent for, or on behalf of, the client company in any manner.
  • The contractor will not be entitled to worker’s compensation, retirement, insurance, or other benefits for employees of the company.

Contract Termination

To terminate the contract, notice must be given at least 30 days prior. No refunds will be issued.

Confirmation of Terms of Service

Upon agreement with the terms, please sign and return this letter to indicate your understanding of the arrangements. Contract effectiveness is from the date of signing unless any change is communicated between the two parties.
