On July 1, 2022, we’ll be increasing our subscription fees and ACH payment rates on most plans for the first time in four years.
The changes reflect the significant product investment we’ve made in the last 18 months, like building a brand new proposal experience to help you sell your services more easily; introducing more flexible billing options so you can meet all your clients’ diverse needs; and giving you more ways to get paid so you never have to worry about cash flow.
We're also standardizing payment fees across all Ignition plans so that you always get the best rates, while increasing our ACH fees to bring this in line with the industry.
Changing our prices means we’ll be able to continue re-investing in our platform to make your experience even better with new features like making it easier to price your services consistently, renewing client engagements, and staying compliant in the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

We're making changes to how we charge you for different types of credit and debit cards, which will be classified as either standard or premium cards.
Standard cards include most standard MasterCard, VISA credit and debit cards.
Premium cards include most AMEX, corporate and specialty rewards credit cards.
Unfortunately, Ignition doesn't support payments in South Africa, but it's something we're working on in the future.
You'll still be able to engage clients seamlessly with online proposals and automated engagement letters, and run your business on autopilot by connecting apps to Ignition.
