Fiscal period dates

Lots of Ignition customers have told us they'd like to be able to define which fiscal period the work in a particular proposal will cover.

Our new fiscal period end feature now allow you to do that. You'll need to update your engagement letter template to make this date visible to your clients.

Credit card payments for New Zealand customers

We're very happy to now be able to collect credit card payments on behalf of Ignition customers in New Zealand!

Collect payment now

We understand that many Ignition practices would like a bit more flexibility over how payment collections are scheduled, for those times when things don't go exactly to plan.

As a first step we now allow payment to be collected immediately on any invoice, if required. Our help article explains how to take advantage of this.

We've got some further improvements to payment collections in the works that we hope to unveil soon.
